Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Titan Converter website at titanconverter.site (the "Site"), its online conversion tools (the "Online Tools"), and the Titan Converter Windows desktop application (the "App"), together the "Service", operated by Titan Converter ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Titan Converter provides free, browser-based file conversion tools (video, audio, image, GIF and PDF conversion), a free AI vocal/music remover, and a paid-license Windows desktop application for offline batch conversion and advanced AI features.
2. Free tier & limits
The Online Tools are free to use, subject to a daily conversion limit per browser session (currently 30 conversions/day), tracked using local storage on your device. We may change these limits at any time. Higher or unlimited usage is available through the paid desktop App license.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Convert, process or distribute content you don't have the legal right to use (including copyrighted material without permission)
- Upload or process any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others
- Attempt to circumvent daily usage limits through automated means, scripts, or abuse of the service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App beyond what's permitted by law
- Use the Service to build a competing product without our written permission
You are solely responsible for the files you convert and for ensuring you have the right to do so.
4. Your content
You retain all ownership rights to the files you convert. For the browser-based Online Tools, your files are processed locally and are never transmitted to us. For the AI Vocal/Music Remover, files are transmitted to our processing backend solely to perform the requested separation and are deleted afterward — see our Privacy Policy for details. We do not claim any ownership over your files or their contents.
5. Desktop App license
The desktop App is offered under a paid license (contact-based, via email) with a free trial period. A license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the App on your own devices, subject to payment and any license terms communicated at time of purchase. We reserve the right to revoke licenses obtained fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce a specific output quality.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Converter and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or files, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Third-party components
The Online Tools rely on open-source and third-party components (including ffmpeg.wasm, OCR and PDF-generation libraries) loaded from third-party content delivery networks. Availability of the Online Tools may depend on the availability of these third-party services.
9. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Titan Converter operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer-protection law.
